To Bow (archery)during Pregnancy

The ball is round 3 - the best octopus economists?

CVD: the excellent view of Germany against Argentina was off to Spain and played glides, rather than the final desired, in a beautiful game (perhaps the best World Cup) against Uruguay. The world finally went to Spain, between, as usual, a thousand comments about how they played the various samples in the field, how they should play and what would have happened if the referee had allowed this and that and sometimes expelled or someone. I mean all things to fill newspapers, television and simple minds: the usual soap opera for boys (and girls who want to emulate the boys) on weather expectations, unfulfilled, and so on.
The question remains: has won the best? According to German newspapers and Dutch no. And who loses is always a thousand explanations.
The question will never find an answer if you do not agree on the definition of best. Who is the best? What are the attributes that make a team become the better? The answer is not there. If there were there would be competition but it would only octopus (or journalists or other commentators) that would decide a priori who is the best. What a sad life would be. Know everything in advance, do not be unexpected ...
In practice, though, the answer is no. And it is the competition: best who wins. That may the best win represents the b-side of this coin is expected to win the best but you do not have a policy in advance so who wins is the best. The races are just that: a define the best. Not supposed to reward the best based on theories of all personal and not verifiable. In a complex thing and not deterministic as a football game (see post title), the only verdict may come from the comparison. The only one to decide who is the stronger the field. Everything else is boring .... Ps

the fact remains that the octopus has guessed all: it's called Roubini?
