After reading the book, here's my comments published on anobii.com :
5 stars are good when one considers the book as the postscript of the "Black Swan". Otherwise comment on the book makes no sense. The editorial choice is acceptable for those like me who have already read and know what it is, allowing you to purchase separately. The references are continuous, both in the text in the notes, the book "main". In some countries, the United States first, the editorial choice was to send the Black Swan in reprinting these insights by adding at the end, so those who wanted to read them even had to buy back the original book.
The insights are quite technical, but very difficult. Taleb also removes few pebbles from the shoes (and how to criticize, given the arrogance with which the academy the economy has treated and continues to treat), a little 'arrogant but always in a fun and entertaining.
In essence it adds nothing to the Black Swan, but I liked it anyway. Avoid if you have not already read the other, is incomprehensible.
