Ministry, following reports by the Embassy of the Republic of China on the request by employees a number of municipalities at the Italian Embassy to legalize the documents that were legalized by the Italian Embassy in China, has issued this circular to clarify that
"all trained abroad must be legalized by the acts Italian diplomatic missions and consular posts abroad and in the presence of such legalization should not be required any further legalization by the foreign diplomats in Italy, regardless of the nationality of the persons concerned at the time. "
