CLEARANCE Marriage
It refers to a consular statement in which it is certified that there are no impediments to marriage by a Venezuelan citizen, according to Article 116 of the Civil Code Italian.
This practice should be:
reasoned request in writing
Certificate of Free State
Certificate of Divorce or Judgement of Divorce for citizens who have this condition translated into Italian and authenticated with the Apostille stamp
birth certificate translated into Italian
Documents must be issued by the competent authorities of Venezuela, with a date less than six months counted from the moment the release date, respectively, authenticated by the stamp of Apostille and translated into Italian.
For citizens divorced, you must also present the divorce decree translated into Italian and authenticated with the Apostille stamp.
This does not preclude the submission of two documents previously requested.
